The First World War

In the First World War we suffered:

885,138 military people killed;
109,000 civilians killed; and
1,663,435 military people wounded.

The Second World War

In the Second World War we suffered:

382,600 military people killed; and
67,800 civilians killed.

The treasoners in Government wish those sacrifices to count for nothing.
